MJ | Who’s Pulling the Strings

This is a WONDERING page suggestion.  Her concept is that we might benefit from knowing who has been pulling the strings – S P E C I F I C A L L Y – and  CASE-BY-CASE in the life of Michael Jackson.  This will have changed, of course, from the early years, to his adult hood, to his touring, to the supposed addiction phase, to the last tour engagement, the death, the will, the funeral, and then into perputuity.  So, this is a  broad project.

Now, given that the “handlers” will have changed from time to time, could we please PREFACE the comment with the WHEN date or era, followed by a WHO, and further followed by a FOR WHAT PURPOSe.  Then you can add your discussion points:

The comment discussion or points.

My thinking is maybe if we accomplishs Wonderings inkling, we can put it all together ultimately and cronically define Michael Jackson’s [handlers.]  This itself might be informative as it defines the nature of power behind Michael Jackson.  But, there must be some [dynamics] going on behind the scenes that caused the power to change  hands.  THEREIN, we should start gleaning MOTIVES.  Perhaps ALL of Michael Jackson’s life was “motive-driven” by sources external to Michael Jackson himself.  Was he EVER in control?  Will we be able to make an inference that the motives of his handlers actually led to Michael Jackson’s ultimate demise — thus, was he USED and ABUSED for the gain of others?

It might be interesting to know of the politics or power behind the [handlers] kept increasing exponentially to his success.  Was his Soul “sold to the Devil” so to speak?  Another way of asking, did Michael Jackson HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY about his life, his career, his legacy?

  1. Yes, MJ had some stuff to say about his life and his career. Especially when it came to Sony.

In 2002 European Fans gathered at the Sony Building in London to protest against the treatment of MJ by Sony. (MJ claimed that Sony refused to promote his album because they knew he wanted to leave Sony and having bought the ATV music catalogue-more on that later)

Around 3:35 you suddenly see MJ arriving at the Scene of the protest, collecting Signs and displaying some of them from within a Sighseeing Bus.

Later MJ arrived at the “Killer Thriller Party” and gave a hefty speech on Sony, Tommy Mottola and why Sony was so upset with him- all while holding a that reads “Sony kills (music)”

  2. Somehow the second part didn’t post.

Essence: He is announcing that he will be leaving Sony being his own agent, leaving Sony while owning half of Sony…

  3. This is said to be in 2002 as well. Manipulation through the press, manipulation of history books.

He used another opportunity to speak against Sony’s Mottola.

    • You CAN post more links at a time Wondering, you just have to wait for me to get on and approve the comment. I am required to read it first with the SPAM control features enabled which automatically is suspicious of multi-linked posts.

  5. Dr. Christian,

MJ has a song actually one of my favorites…from Blood on the Dancefloor…it’s called Money. In the chorus of the song he says

    anything.. anything.. anything.. for money
    I’d lie for it
    I’d die for it
Even sell my soul to the devil…..

Doesnt’ sound like his words but interesting that this last part of the song was brought up..ummm

  6. Michael bought himself a “seat at the table” when he bought the ATV catalog. As long as he was the soft spoken Michael who made Sony a lot of money, he was allowed to keep the seat. When he started to create songs with lyrics like “They don’t care about us,” he broke the unspoken etiquette of the money controllers. His “Invincible” lyrics are even more in your face. I think 2001 was the beginning of the years of crisis. If you look at his performance for his 30th anniversary at Radio City Music hall, he looks like he is on some kind of drugs. Whitney Houston who performed at the event as well noted the same thing. Michael naively was playing with people with a depth of vindictiveness beyond his comprehension. The innuendos about bleaching his skin, his homosexuality, etc. might have been tabloid driven. The molestation charges were driven by power and influence beyond the tabloids. If they (the money changers) could eliminate or diminish Michael’s ability to create revenue forcing him to sell the very valuable ATV catalog, they could gain control. Remember, they were half way there with their 50% ownership of what was originally 100% Michael’s. My fear is that if his mother gains control, the family will sell it off, pay off the debts and squander the proceeds. That will be a shame. Everything that he sacrificed to get and keep, would be lost. His children’s inheritance and control of his legacy as well. As in most of life, follow the money. The answers are there. I agree, Michael’s “Money” lyrics says it all….it’s dirty, dirty, dirty.

    • When Michael first passed, I went to sony’s website to find ebooks on Michael. Every book I found was negative. There was not one positive book being sold. Hmmmmmph?

I also believe that the media was pushed to escalate the trials because somebody wanted to force Michael to sell his assets and vowed to destroy him if he didn’t. Those cases were much bigger than the Arvizo’s or Chandler.

For years, the NBA and Advertisers covered Air’s gambling and womanizing. He was not driven like Michael. The reason is because he had big business backing him.

There are things being done in hollywood by MEGA stars that is covered up. My goodness, Woody Allen married his step daughter and wasn’t driven like Michael.

The ONLY way Michael could have been bullied to this extreme is if INSIDERS were behind it. LaToya did it. I’m sure Joe did it, so what makes Matola or anybody else any different?

Jealousy is a dangerous thing. It has no heart and no regard for anybody accept satiating the need to destroy who or what it perceives to be better than the person it possesses.

      • Princess, You put a different perspective on it. Consider the case of Kobe Bryant. Really awful and newsworthy, but that’s been years ago, he’s moved on with his life and career, we don’t even hear about him anymore. Then he was made out to be a Monster.

  7. Dr. Christian,

Is it possible that MJ was under the influence of some kind of mind control that led to his “condition”. You said it’s like a magic trick that we have been misled. You said you know why he needed drugs, certain drugs, was it because he needed them to gain his own control to some degree. I read somewhere that he researched medicine. That he knew everything about everything that he would possible need to take. There’s no way I believe he was a drug addict, he was taking medication for reasons deeper than we have been led to know. You mention above wondering if MJ ever had a say in anything about his life career or legacy. Some videos prove it. When he spoke out about Sony, and when he gave inspiring speeches like the one at Oxford. Could he have had time when he broke free of certain “handlers” therefore, being able to speak freely about things he was passionate about whether career driven or life experience? I guess I’m awaiting the answers to I KNOW has the retrograde passed and how much longer does he(MJ) want us to think this through…

    • Uri Geller has stated that his did very questionable thing when he hypnotized Michael to help him with some other issue.

Geller asked him under hypnosis if he ever touched a child inappropriately. Michael answered no.

The thing is, if a friend of mine did that to me under the pretense of “helping” me, I wouldn’t consider him my friend anymore. That alone would be the deal breaker.
